Career Track - Technology

This career track involves online application programming. A background in PHP and web services is required, with familiarity in Java, ColdFusion and/or ASP a plus. Applicant should have associated skills in relational DB design and object-oriented programming techniques. Application areas involve distribution, retail management, training, project management, intranets, and productivity tools. Additional prerequisites include self-motivation to learn, and self-direction to solve problems.

This track expects the candidate to:

• build an understanding of requirements analysis tools like Functional Descriptions
• master our Best Practices Manual and comply to it and/or follow channels to improve it
• expand verification & validation skills to deliver quality software
• become a team player
• acquire at least entry-level competence in the business development side of online applications
• juggle a variety of changing tasks.

This track reports directly to the CEO. Openings are in our San Clemente, CA office, and candidates must already reside in the area.
