Career Track - Business

This career track involves general business development and marketing. A background in the business of the internet is required, preferably in the area of online application development. Additional prerequisites include solid communication skills (written & verbal) and basic computer familiarity (word processor, email, browser). Self-motivated to learn, and self-directed to solve problems.

This track expects the candidate to:

• build an understanding of how to find viable business opportunities in our market
• form business relationships that present solid internet value propositions
• become a master of inspiring people about online applications
• present compelling solutions to business managers
• acquire at least entry-level competence in requirements analysis, website design, and programming
• juggle a variety of changing tasks.

This track reports directly to the CEO. Openings are in our San Clemente, CA office, and candidates must already reside in the area.
