Worker Type - Employee

Employees can be either salaried or hourly, part-time or full-time. Terms of employment usually include the hours employees work at Bizware. Employees may not hold outside employment, including contracted work such as building online applications, without an explicit understanding.

Employees receive legally mandated benefits like disability insurance, social security, and unemployment insurance -- for which we deduct from the employee's paycheck. Employees also receive company benefits like health insurance, vacation pay, and access to the company cabin.
