Worker Type - Contractor

Contractors are retained on the basis of demonstrated capabilities in certain areas.

Contractors may be paid hourly but are typically assigned projects on a fixed-price, fixed-schedule basis. Contractors may work out of their home or office, but employee benefits are not provided. Contractors may have other customers like Bizware, but are expected to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements covering proprietary information revealed by Bizware.
