Every field of every WebTeam software
application has pop-up help managed by
Help Meister, an
online help database manager. Likewise for every command and every web page,
along with independent, topic-specific help. Each help record can have varients
based on the experience or job function of the user. These help records are
constantly being updated as new features are added or as users point out how
the help could be more informative.
The applicant will be tasked to add or edit these help
records, typically by first learning the features involved. Key to success is
the ability to write clear, concise English instructions. The applicant will be
asked to present examples of such writing he/she produced to instruct
others.
We see this level of effort at a person-day for each
new feature added.
