Each WebTeam product has its own unique value
statement and its own position within the rapidly changing online software
application market. Within that, each WebTeam product has several distinct
target markets, each with their own business needs. This presents too many
different marketing tracks for one person. The applicant will begin by
selecting one WebTeam tool and one market segment, for example, Task Meister
for managing residential construction projects, or KB Meister for product tech
support knowledge bases.
The applicant will develop a marketing plan focused on
the selected product and target market. We can produce online collateral to
support that, but the applicant would be responsible to execute the plan and
drive product subscription sales.
An ideal applicant will bring a mix of programming
experience and the communication skills of a sales and marketing person.
We see this as a dozen opportunities, each with a
level of effort beginning at several person-days, and a couple of hours per day
in maintenance mode.
